i sold my 98 ex with 120k miles on it for 4500 on craigslist but it had a drop, rims, black housing headlights, etc..

also keep in mind that dealers have mannheim and thats updated every few months. normal people can't use their database. expect the lowest number. never, ever walk into a dealership expecting "good trade in" value.

i have mines posted online for 5k, its a 99 lx with 110k on it but i only posted that because i know its worth far less... if i can get at least 3800-4k or so for it, i will be good

Realistically, selling private and making sure everything works great (HVAC controls mostly) I could probably take in $3000 talked down from $3500.

That's why I don't plan on selling it... bought the car for $4700, spent at least another $7000 on it.
