hey guys i am new to the forum, had a delema though i just replaced my struts and springs with the tokiko hp kit (No coil overs) and don't know how big i can go for rims and tires without it rubbing. I'm thinking of 18's any feedback much appreciated.

1. anything bigger than 18" is pointless, too heavy, too big and you will only very thin profile tire to protect them against potholes and such
2. please search for correct width and offset
3. because i am nice ill tell you this, 18x7.5 +42 is pushing it with corrected camber.

GL :)

I have a set of 18s and a set of 19s

For my 18s i'm running 225/40/18
FOr my 19s i'm running 225/35/19

No rubbing on either of them, and I have coil over suspension

any wheel with an offset of +42 and higher will be fine. lower would be no good, haha. if you get any wheel thats 7" wide, with a +42 offset, you should run a 205 wide tire and youll be fine. id prolly say the same tire on a 7.5" wide wheel too, just to be safe.

18X7.5 +42 on Ventus 225 40 18 and Eibach sportline spring. I used to have khumo and it rub the bolt washer holding the bumper everytime my car ran into a sudden dip .What i did is i remove the washer and it went away.

OP's banned already? Damn.

Anyways, his question was "how big can he go for wheels/tires after his drop". Forgot about 18s, they're not the right answer to the question.

For 19s (assuming they're 19x7.5 to 19x8.5), use 215/25/19s or 225/35/19s.

I'm not exactly sure how big of a suspension drop that is, but I'd be willing to bet 20s would fit without a problem as well as long as they're in the correct sizes/offsets along with the corresponding tires.

It all depends on the width and offset...I have 19x8 with a 40 offset in the rear they didn't rub to much thanks to negative camber but I know someone who had 20x7.5 with no rubbin issues
