This morning I went to a local junkyard and grabbed the turn signal assembly out of a 2000 coupe. I broke my turn signal switch (long story) and have been using a screwdriver to turn my lights on and off/signal for turns for about a month or so.

Yeah, to make a long story short, I was resetting my odometer while turning in reverse. I'm not sure what happened in translation from there and breaking the switch, but I didn't want to back up into a fire hydrant.

I mean, that's what brakes are for, but I wasn't thinking at the time.

drove over a rabbit toy looking stuffed animal filled with a massive amount of white sand looking pebbles inside that got stuck between my fender and under my jack point and wasn't fun taking it out with traffic.

went to the girlfriends house and left around 1am
