wheel stud broke loose with lug nut still on it cant get wheel off

ok i know i have been gone for awhile but i need some major help. so i really need to change my brakes and when i was trying to take the wheel off got 3 of the 4 lug nuts off and the 4th is half way off and wont come off any further. need some options on how to get the nut off so that i can get the stud replaced.

If you can get to the stud with a dremelyou could cut the stud. If you can't, depending on what rims you have, you might just have to try and break the stud by hitting the lug with a hammer

there is barely any room to get in there i am wondering if i should drill the lug nut
