Hubcentric rings? I know that when I make a turn it makes a humming sound is a little louder when the car is cold so it could be a power steering issue too but I checked the ps reservoir and the fluid is moving around sign that the pump is not bad so I'm not sure I hope is not the rack or the axle

And the ps fluid is above the low level mark? It'll make a humming sound if it's low...

I wanna say yes but I'm gonna have to double check to be sure I know when its off the fluid is at the upper level mark

I checked the ps fluid when the car is on and is above the upper level mark also there's a weird noise coming from the ps pump til the car warms up sounds like a rattling anyone have any idea of what the problem might be

A rattling sound or a bubbling sound?
You may have a connector loose somewhere.
Are you able to use MS Paint or something and indicate where the 'rattling' sound is coming from?

There's bubbles in the ps fluid when I first turn it on but then when it gets hot it looks fine
