I believe its a csx mugen spoiler from the looks of it.

I was thinking about a spoiler myself, the type r one you posted to be exact. I think it could be pulled off, it flows with the coupe tails but the rest of the car is too big and long. It's more of a luxury car while the spoiler belongs on a compact import tuner.
This is a guy I went to high school with, he has the second spoiler... complimented with altezza tail lights and a body kit...
He has since blacked out the tail lights and got rid of the rear window decal but not gonna lie, the spoiler from the side view is starting to grow on me.
