Yup, 04 acura bar, installed it last night, i love it. $52 from acura of concord for those in the east bay.
I've got my TL bar sitting on the floor here but I'm trying to track down an open ended torque wrench. Is there such a thing? What did you use? This is a bolt that needs to be held with an allen key, right? Thanks!talontsiawd said:Yup, 04 acura bar, installed it last night, i love it. $52 from acura of concord for those in the east bay.
I just basically used a guess and experience. I mean, it really just has to be close enough. If you underdo it, it's not going to be tight enough. If you overtorque it, it's just going to be harder to get off.HomerJay said:I've got my TL bar sitting on the floor here but I'm trying to track down an open ended torque wrench. Ahh. I see. I can probably guess where it is based on the suspension bolts I put back on for the tie rod. Next to the wheels, nothing seems to be put on very tight (~22-40 ft/lb).talontsiawd said:I just basically used a guess and experience. I mean, it really just has to be close enough. I think so, i mean it doesn't totally change the way your car handles to any crazy degree. The car feel more neutral, less understeer.yellowfever said:is the bar worth getting? do you really feel a difference cause if so ill order one right now
