So over the past week or so the accord has been giving me trouble and last night was the final straw. The brake line blew out a couple days ago and I had to give in and take it to a mechanic because I didn't have the tools to run new lines. So I get it back and the brakes are mush, they just needed to be bled. So in the process of bleeding them I lifted the car on the passenger side rear jacking point and right when it got to where i needed it there was some crumbling followed by the car slamming down. The jacking point had given out and crumbled to pieces. The entire rear passenger side is rusted out, as I soon discovered, It was all internal so I never noticed it. And with the front subframe being just as bad its only a matter of time before that goes as well. So for now the accord will be given the essentials until it becomes undrivable. It had a good run and I love the car, but unfortunately its time to move on. If anybody is interested i can take some pics of the now gaping hole on the underside of my car lol

Damn, that's low mileage.

I'm so glad I don't have to deal with salt down here.

I've been planning to have my floorboard welded since it looks like the previous owner tried to jack the car up through the floorboard. I doubt this would work in the case of the frame giving out.
