damn man, the shop that installed it said that the box alone was fine, i didnt need the coil or cap, **** if thats what it was i feel like going back to that shop and have them give me my money back, installation fees, but its to late to put it back in i sold the damn unit about a week ago, who knows maybe if that really was the problem ill contemplate getting it again and doing it right, but right now my second tranny that was put in the car is starting to go bad again, thank god its under warranty, so for know im just worrying about that, thanks for the info though

yea man i def think that was the prob.....sucks that i couldnt have told you that like about a week ago huh....lol sry. Ohhh and btw dont ever go back to that shop again!!! See that's the good thing about havin one of my best friends who owns a shop.....he always tells me exactly what could, should, and will happen. Plus i get the discounts.. :thumbsup:

..lol. No but i see that ur here in the MIA as well so there are a bunch or reputable places around that would do a good job on ur car. Just a bit of advise tho, which is what i do before i do anything to my car, i do a LOT of research about whatever im doing before i do it. I went through my tinkering without researching time and it costed me too man. MSD can be installed in every car, but everyone will install it properly.

i here ya man i always do my research before i buy, i was on forums and reading reviews about the product for weeks before i bought, but what i didnt do was my research about the shops to go to, i was just in such a ruch to get it in cause i really wanted it in the car already, i foun shome shops online called one and went there, never again man, hopefully though if i do end up putting more stuff on my car, i can do it myself
