Busy 2 past days. Changed out all my fluids. On the next, prepped and rattled can my front lip for track. Instead of clear i went with the 3M paint defender. Installed an STI front spoiler aswell. Don't mind the ****ty cell phone pics.

Aluminum? Is that 1/8" or 1/4"? Does it take away any noticeable clearance? Always been interested in one.

It's a 3 foot by 3 foot sheet of aluminum that is 3/16th in thick. It takes away a lot of clearance considering i only have around an inch without it. Drove around with it a lot today I was scraping more than not, but hey that's the point of it right? I'm going to get under my car tomorrow and assess the damage of the trip. Will post pictures of that.

That was always my main concern was how much it would take away from already minimum clearance. But, it is stoping anything from getting close.
