Tein Super Street Coilover Problems

So maybe you guys can help me out here. I was going to install my new springs and take out my old ones, but I ran into problems.

The top collar will not budge, at all. The bottom collar moves but not much, as it is on the lowest setting. I tried PB Blaster, wire brush, compressed air, and even a 5 foot pipe and still couldn't move the collar. I did this with one in and one out of the car, still nothing.

I have contacted Tein about this issue as well, still waiting for a response. Hopefully maybe someone can shed some light here. I'd really like to avoid new coils, because they barely have 25k on them.

does the collar have a set-screw or anything to lock it in place?
i find it hard to believed it'd be seized; but if you tried a breaker bar and air tools then I might be stumped lol

Yes, even tried both ways just to ensure that.

They have been known to seize, I did try a breaker bar and air tools also. I'm just letting the PB Blaster work it's magic one last time, if it doesn't come off, I can get new collars

have you tried using a flat screwdriver and a hammer ?

Did that also. Still nothing.

But it in a vice and hit it with a screwdriver and hammer. Still nothing.

Yes, they did. They said they have heard of this problem occurring very rarely. They told me to basically try again, and then if I can't get it, then to either cut the collars and buy replacements or send the coils to them and they will do it for a price. So I'll try again sometime coming this week, and if I can't get it, I'll order collars and get my metal worker friend to cut them for me.
