No speedo and SRS

I was just about to take my car to the grocery store and noticed my speedometer is not working and my SRS light is on... I have been taking the cluster in and out a couple times but I don't know what is wrong, when I pull the fuse for the SRS it's still on...

Yes, but it just popped on this morning

I found out my needle was pushed on too far
