There is REALLY no Z love here. Im guessing because F&F didnt exploit the F outta them?!

If you really think the Z isnt reliable then you simply dont know anything at all. The RX-7 is more reliable than the Fairlady!? BWAHAHAHA! Some people need to do some HW. It can handle as much as a Supra but just cant make that much HP. The VG is no joke. Refer to SCC project Z and RX-7.

The Z is famed above all the choices. No other car has a following like it BEFORE TF&TF. Read all the magz and the Z does pretty well even though it doesnt win a lot of the competitions. The only major downfall would be that its a pain to work on. You gotta pay to play though.

The Z is clearly the underdog. Where's the 3000GT and Mister2? The early NSX's were slow til they got a hp bump in like 97. It's just super sexy.

i dont think anyone said the rx-7 is more realiable than the Z, everyone said the rx-7 is most unreliable

Best sports car... in the end people get what looks good and the RX7 looks amazing.

The 300ZX is alright with its wannabe Lambo front end, which I like.

The supra is also great, but they are not as oriented towards driving as the RX7 is.

So whats up with not putting more high end cars on the list?
McLaren F1?
F40/F50?
XJ220?

Does anyone care about the early 90's MR2s?? I love those things, they looks so nice and clean :)

You obviously didnt read any of the post but mine.

LMAO! Lambo copied it off the Z. Lambo had the pop up headlights which the Z didnt have. After that, Lambo went to what looks like headlights straight off the Z. Perfect reflector and projector placement like the Z headlights.

I lean for the Mitsubishi GTO (3000GT). VR4 Twin Turbo AWD :D

Amongst the 3, I'd go for the RX-7 FD3S. Reliability aside, I think the RX-7 is a more fun car than a supra. But you can be like Manabu Orido and bring a 700 Horsepower Supra to a RX-7 Cannonball Run.

Vr4 and 300ZX are both 2 ton luxury coupes.

RX-7 and Supra Turbo are more sporting. NSX for pimp factor.

Holy spam Batman!!!!!

My dad had a 1992 Z 2+2. I used to love driving that thing, and Fothermucker there was nothing "luxury" about it. Unless you count AC as a luxury. And I dont really think the VR4 fits in that class either. How many "luxury coupes" feature twin turbo, AWD, AND 4WS??? But then again I've heard the AM Vanquish called a "Luxury Coupe" as well.
