Good...now maybe they can bring us the Accord/TSX Wagon

looks like more of a venza-like vehicle than an accord wagon

Michigan’s first snow has also brought the first look at this development vehicle for an all-new Honda crossover vehicle! An Accord-based crossover vehicle has been rumored for quite a while now and these pics are the first proof the project has finally been green-lighted.

At first glance, this vehicle may look like nothing more than the European Honda Accord Tourer. Closer inspection reveals that is not the case. For starters, the U.S. market Honda Accord front end has been grafted onto the body. While most of the body on this mule is non-production, this front end may actually be close to the final design of the nose we see on the production CUV.

good because acura would have just made it look ghey along with their other models anyway..

+1

but not surprised with teh decision given the economic condition in japan... it also goes along with Honda's strategy to make gas-efficient (FR cars) and family-orientated automobile...

I don't like the wagon... reminds me of the Dodge Caliber

its not really going look like that... its just a prototype of a crossover that's going be based on the accord, so they had to use current platform parts on it to test the drivetrain. They wont put together the body of car until the chassis/engine/suspension has its kinks worked out. That way if they have to move stuff around... like make it slightly longer to make it more composed, change the location of the exhaust, etc they wont have to fix the body as well.
