im thinkin of gettin these for my fogs... I want to swap the ballast with my lowsbeams because my lowbeam HID's are 35 watts

One thing to keep in mind if you do get cheap HIDs, make sure you wire them so if the bulb or ballast were to fail, you can swap in a halogen on the side of the road.

exactly... plug and play harnesses only... i keep a set of stock bulbs in my center console

Both the Raptor and DDM Premium (Apexcone) ballasts are slim, in fact theyre the same case, just different color. The full-size ballasts are the only one that are huge fat chunkers.
