It wouldn't make sense to have it on the outside.

strip is on the inside....havent quite gotten to the retrofit....yet...we'll see

Before anyone knocks TYC's quality here is an actual picture of TYC's with 6k HID's installed. Little mod is needed to fit these inside the housing. The cutoff is great and the lightput is nice considering there is no retrofit invovled. I have had lots of compliments. I have had them on for 2 years now with no problems.
