well, first off, you get what you pay for with suspension. if its cheap, it is usually crap...anything less than a 2" is really a waste of time and money...these cars are so high stock, a 2" drop still isnt much...

You definitely get what you pay for when it comes to suspension, but I wouldn't say anything less than 2" is a waste of time and money. It's really a matter of personal preference. These cars are high stock to be sure, but it just depends on what look you are going for and what your driving environment is. Plus when you go lower than 2", it becomes a more involving setup because you should use a camber kit, etc and not everyone wants to mess with that.


To xJx, definitely take your time and save if this is a mod you want to do right. Putting springs on your car that give less than a 2" drop with OEM shocks will be fine for a while...but as Sketch said, eventually the OEM shocks will go and you'll have to replace them. Definitely save time and money by doing it right the first time, even if you can't get it done until next year. :thumbsup:
