well that depends on how you drive and how much you dodge ****. i drive over/around **** all day that makes my uca's hit, but they dont because of how i drive. i dont think ive had one hit in a couple weeks. and im at a hefty stage 3, haha.

haha well the roads here i new orleans have a bunch of dips, so its kind of hard to avoid that...

the only thing i rub on is my front fender liner. BUt that's very rare.
