paint is only expensive because of name...u can get any urethane or polyurethane paint, similar no name for cheap for the same quality..i learned that in auto body school : )

That paintjob price is ridiculous. If he chose Dupont's Mystic from the 96 Ford Mustang Cobras, he overpaid tremendously. Not every chameleon paint is equal though, and some (like the Maziora JDM brand) are worth that sort of price range. Most chameleon paintjobs aren't top-of-the-line quality though, and I would classify Mystic as being below-average.
