Umm.....get some center caps that fit the holes.....OR....buy some that are a little big and trim them down with a dremel so they DO fit.

Nonono.....measure the center bore in mm of her wheels, then find an OEM honda wheel with the same, or a similar center bore and buy honda center caps that will fit.
Usually sellers on ebay will say what the diameter is of the center caps they are selling, and I think if you go to hondaautomotiveparts.com it'll tell you what size they are as well.
I know I test fitted the center caps from Kevins TL wheels on my ADR's I had on my accord and they were a little big, so you might want to look for center caps for a civic or something.
