Hey guys, mysteriously my rear brake lights (except my third brake light) stopped working. Both randomly went out at the same time. My third brake light (the one behind the rear window) is still working.

I changed out both bulbs, checked all fuses and wiring harnesses to make sure everything was as it should be. Everything checked out. I dont know waht to do at this point (check wiring maybe?)

Any help would be appreciated guys.

Do they come on when you turn your parking lights on?

Yes, they do come on when the parking light is turned on. Only when i push my brake down is when they do not light up. Only the third brake light will light up/work correctly.

Yep just the right one. I don't get it cause its only one bulb that lights up, then lights up brighter when you hit the pedal.

How if it lights up could it not light up when you hit the brakes ? lol Don't get it

Yea, im hoping our more advanced wiring guru's here can chime in and help us out. The only thing i can imagine it being is a wiring issue. But the wiring in the trunk by the taillights is very well done (wire tubing ect) and i cant imagine a pinched wire. If thats the case though its going to be a b!tch to find/fix
