I've done the 5 speed swap and my car kept on stalling on me after the swap...so i was told by a member on here that the 5spd trannys cant handle as low of a rpm as the auto tranny...so how do i adjust the throttle? I've found a flush flat head screw near the throttle body and adjusted it and all i hear is my intake suck more air....is this the idle or did i mistakenly adjust the amount of air that the car mixes with the fuel? basically..did i make my air/fuel mixture rich and is this harmful?:ugh:

so that flat head screw is the idle? i meant if giving my car more air than fuel is harmful and would it affect gas mileage.

Your not giving the car more fuel, your just opening the butterfly a little bit more. I never heard of adjusting idle speed in fuel injection cars, they are usually electronically controlled.

Do you have any CEL's? Have you cleaned your throttle body lately? Around the butterfly area to be precise.
