be like it is
So you can probably also tell me that no Hondas have every blown up for one trip to redline?
you skipped a step in the logic process :lawl:

the illustration was supposed to mean that "just because you have a subaru doesn't mean youre immune from the stuff that can happen to any other car" ;)
I'm just here to find out about this car, ignore the OP because when I came here I didn't expect much from the car, didn't know that most of them can easily go to 200k.
here, you'll find cars like ray's 02 with only 20k miles to 98s with 250k. before i bought my car it "averaged" almost 15k a year...still has 153k on it...
lol I think I'll go with the ECU if I ever do a swap. Anyways sorry everyone for being a total *** =/ I was just upset and read alot of bad thing about Hondas from Subaru owners and from this website . It's 4:30am and I guess I'll see you in the morning when I calm down and just get over it.
that is the most biased a site can get :poke: after reading the first line, i could tell how amateurish it was going to be...
Hahahaha my dad's 90's Legend sh*t the bed because of all sorts of coolant problems. Haha awesome car with an even more awesome car PHONE.

To the OP, look through each of this year's ROTM's. It will help calm you down. There are some amazing cars on here.

And my two cents: every Impreza up until this current generation comes looking rice from the factory. But since the wrx and sti have the balls, nobody points it out. I mean seriously, blue and gold with a massive f*cking ricer wing came from the factory? The only reason I don't consider it ricey as hell is because Subaru put the thing on the rally circuit and proved itself.

Also, be happy you got an import at all. I suffered through two Chevy's and a Saab-story in high school before buying my first car in college. Sometimes I miss the days of no insurance or repair payments. But then I remember I grew up.
exactly...the legend was the only ****pile acura made in the 90s :lawl: i passed on a very nice 95 LS sedan since it had the infamous valve cover smoke and who knows what the coolant situation was like.

i think of the older subarus like rally homologation cars. remember the group b cars that were amazing like the 959, the rs200, the delta integrale, the quattro sport...etc...they were balls-out for the street. yet some companies made weakkkkkkk street versions...i think the lancia s4 was one of them. there were even a couple non-turbos in an age where the rally versions were making 500hp on the tightest courses :lawl:

well...subaru not giving us any (good) turbos is just like that.

the one chick got PISSED when we'd get behind the car and pretend to push a shopping cart :lawl:
Word.....OP if I was your dad and read this I would take the car back and make you walk you ungrateful little bastard.

Welcome to the site.
:lawl:

i too am glad you have finally accepted your car, and yes you should take a few minutes to skim through the "Ride Of The Month" section and look at the cars.

I got my accord (free) a week after i turned 18, the car i had driven prior was a 90 corolla 4 door. Everyday while driving to school or work it would randomly shut off. So when i got my v6 auto, i was jumping out of my skin, a reliable car with horsepower in the three digit mark. A car that companies actually made aftermarket parts for. I was so happy, granted it wasn't a car that i originally thought could be modded, but i said **** it i'm doing it anyway and have loved my car ever since then.

lol after sleeping over it I have accepted it more, I'm starting to like the front end a lot more now and the interior, the automatic factor still has me a bit sad on the inside though

lol that transition took a little of an inner fight with myself :lolhitting: anyways I now feel a lot more comfortable modding this now that I know it has some more life in it. So after retrofiting some morimoto minis, I plan to upgrade the RSB, definitely some new Michelins or Pirellis, and maybe a ground kit from there
