Ok, Well its the same motor as the h22 with less displacement, less power and less torque!

Have fun being different!

I know that its less everything than the h22, but i was figuring since its an f series, im guessing it would of have iron sleeves. That it would have been good for boosting, and it was dohc. the ad that i read is it had 200hp and 145 torque. I was first debating to do g23 but i cant find too much info on it

Accords are too heavy. Do a Euro R H22 220hp stock.

I believe honda made that motor from a de-stroked h22 to compete in the 2.0l class races.

go h man ....listen to them ...if you want to be diff. from your friends do a bluetop h23 ...but goodluck with finding parts for it i here its hard but their are ppl who have done it and been successful or keep the f and boost it....its really on you at the end you will be the driver and the one who has to be happy about their ride soo....do you

is that what you guys are talking about?

Why do people have to put 6 exclamation points/question marks behind the title? Reminds me of those annoying craigslist ads... 2003 Acura TL 3.2!!!!!!!!!!!! Like that car is THAT special.

OP if the purpose of your swap is to be different rather than make more power, I would go with the F. I have to disagree, I constantly hear about 6GA's with H series motors on this site, they are everywhere. But I am guessing there aren't alot where you live, so the car would still be different if you do go H.

lol sorry about the exclamations i was madd excited :( and yea not only in 6ga but many accords in general, i know alot people that wanna do h22 swap or already have them.

K20 is a great engine and all, but our cars are fawking heavy. I keep saying that because tiz the truf.

You need something with some torque, H22 or go home.

are you saying that motor to motor, an h22 would beat a k20?

k20 in an accord would beat an h22 swap

how do you figure ... in a heavy *** car hp means didly squat without tq to back it up

Well it depends, a fast high revving engine can compete with an engine with more torque provided you keep the RPMs up near peak HP. Torque has its advantages coming out of corners and stuff.

But yeah, going from 150lbs to like 130lbs of torque wont feel good in our car. Unless your boosted, boosted K20's are the only way to put that engine in our car.
