^Thanks man. That looks really good, I haven't seen anyone else do this.

No problem. Thanks, I just didn't like how much gold there would have been with my wheels being gold as well.

Noticed your in Cincy, I'm going to be up that way next weekend.

EDIT: I used VHT High Temp Engine Enamel - Gold. Just applied it today @ 123k miles. Applied two light coats and one heavier coat within an hour.

it would be helpful to include things like...type of paint used...how long the calipers have been painted(either in years/months/miles) with each picture...i have seen tons of painted calipers in real life and they all look like crap most of the time...i would like to see what kind of paint will last for years...i'm OCD and nothing looks worse than peeling paint to me...

i'm sure everyone's calipers look awesome as soon as they paint them...but it doesn't matter if 2 months later they look horrid...

^Agreed. Edited my post.

I also can't stand peeling paint, I'd rather look at that bare gray with brown corrosion than a peeling caliper. I think a lot of people use non-temp type spray cans. We'll have to see how mine stand the test of time. I think the gold will help hide some of the brake dust a bit.

My buddy lives in florence and we are going to the Indy Race at KY motor speedway. We'll be out in Newport I'm sure Friday and Saturday nights.

6spd = win.

Edit my post above to include the details. And I'm like you, I'm OCD and hate peeling paint.
