I have an issue with my front coilovers. They are unable to be adjusted due to the adjustment collars (see picture for reference) are all stripped and the spanner wrench is unable to grab onto the indentions. They are rounded and warped. I'm kind of disappointed that they were able to be so easily messed up. Anyone know or have any idea where I can buy just the adjustment collar peices?

Screw driver + hammer = 10x better than spanner wrenches.

I do it all the time. Andy(sketch 05) gave me the idea like 2 years ago. Haha

Hmm I might try that and some other ideas if I can't find that part.

Trust me, it makes it really easy. One pop of the hammer and it's loose.

yup, i use that ham and cheese idea also...it's a lot easier. and if anything ask Ken if they can send you replacement collars if it's still under warranty...or if he's a really really really nice guy.

Screw driver and hammer - if you didn't tighten these well after adjusting height, you could strip the threads due to load/impact on suspension. Be sure to tighten them with screw driver & hammer after install but not too tight now - snug and hit a couple of times moderately - no need for excessive force.

I'm hoping if I ever do decide to adjust the height ill be able to use the screw driver and hammer method. I'm trying to find where I can buy just the adjustment collar. These coilovers are at least 2 years old. Every time I adjust my coilovers I make sure to tighten them snugly with the spanner wrench. Thanks for all the responses. Gives me hope that I might be able to adjust them again one day. Still would like go ahead and find and replace the adjustment collars
