If you're doing endlinks it is more than worth it to go to a thicker RSB, and it's cheap too unless you buy a Progress. Just get the '07 TL-S 6MT RSB/bushings/brackets to go with your new endlinks. I got all of that shipped from Curry Acura for $37.

Yes.

Just curious, how have you NOT come across one of the RSB threads???? They all have the pertinent info in them.

the 07 TL-S will just bolt up no mod?

you might have to bend one of your exhaust hangers. I had to cause it kept vibrating, but I also might have bent that one way back in the day for my exhaust cause I know I bent some hanger that was rubbing just not sure which one.

I believe the only difference between the coupe/V6 RSB and the I4 sedan RSB is a 1mm difference. The I4 sedan is a 16mm whereas the coupes and V6's have 17mm. You'll notice a very minimal difference. I would just recommend getting a 20mm TL RSB from our vendor and pairing with Moog endlinks. I would get the Moog endlinks off Amazon as there is free shipping and no tax :).
