Im just saying if you spray can them they will peel like stated above. To get the paint to stay, more than $5 is most likely required. And that's your decision.

not if you sand, like i just said, prime, and 2 coats of platic paint...

$3 can of silver spray paint, $2 worth of sand paper.....sounds about right.

BUT color matching your hubcaps, or painting them black, DOES NOT look good. Just my opinion.

i respect that. to me it does as a temp thing till i get rims. they are just plastic covers who cares lol.
