will an 18x9.5 et15 wheel fit on a coupe without a ton of rolling/pulling...offset is kinda low but i believe sleeper cell is running et12..just havent read anything about how much he rolled or pulled his rear

Yes, BUT you can't use the 7th gen top hats. I don't know if you can just put the 6th gen top hats on?

So that means I can swap the whole suspension, but change the 7th yen top hats and replac then with the 6th gen and I should be good?

AFAIK, yes. I don't know that for 100% though.
