If you put a screw through the bottom of the lip on the underside of your bumper it'll take care of the sag, trust me, I know...

Even though I modded mine for the 02 bumper, we still have the same lip.

Even the worst pics with a real camera are better than any cell phone pic, so kudos there.

Paint that front lip, and if you are using screws anywhere, be sure to hit them with black too.

I usually don't say this, but I second the blackhousing suggestion.
