Matt, maybe you could keep a phone list privately, and just tell anyone who wants to be on it to send you their number, and then when meet time rolls around you could PM a copy to everyone who sent numbers to you (meaning if they sent their number to you, they don't mind anyone else having it). True.....but VA cops are just as bad if not worse. Especially staties. They REALLY don't like it when you do 90 on their section of I-95.
