I have to agree. If you own a 4cyl car, and want a swap, I would stick with a 4cyl. Even swapping in an "upgrade" of a v6 like a 3.2 or 3.5 is going to be costly, when the same amount of hp/tq could be had for much less using a 4cyl swap.
BTW...4K is a lot, if you REALLY wanted thing swap, you could part the pieces together for much less, it just takes time and patience.

As far as details of what sort of parts you need...im not going to be the best source, but a K-frame, mounts, motor/trans, clutch and lines/pedals, shifter parts, ecu, wire harness, etc...I cant think of (dont know of) anything else

Not gonna be able to just drop in a v6 engine and trans. Besides if you have the cash and want power just spend the cash on making the engine you have now better. Or like everyone else said, H22 swap. H22 is very similar to the F23 and there are many people on here who have done it that you can learn from.

Another though I had was a f20c/22c since they have made adaptors to mate a k series tranny with the f20c, and seen one in a cg would be crazy but that would just be a wild dream for me.

Basically, the only things you would be able to use is the clutch master cylinder and the clutch pedal, everything else needs to be parted from a tl/cl/ or av6
