Gets a J32/6spd and all of a sudden he's too good for the rest of us....

:p

I believe the SE coupes also had the dual airbags. You CG guys could learn a lot from them. Respect your elders, jeez, lol.

^I mean the thread is boring without pics. I appreciate these old Accords, they were awesome and got people buying into the name even more than the models before them. My friend had a navy blue LX 4dr a couple years back ('92 I think), twas a fun car.

Nothing to do with my car, I'm not that cocky. ;)

Not yet anyway. :p

"Navy blue" was probably Cobalt Blue Pearl. They are fun. Shared a lot with the BB4 preludes and some of the older Vigors and Legends.

Yeah I loved the low center of gravity feel they had. Perhaps that will be my kid's first car someday. If I can find one, haha.

that and aftermarket has grown significantly for these cars.

i know its not as badass as BIGDADDYVTEC or Sniper or whatever he goes by, but Mikey Meyagi's (LoDollar) makes 500+ on a G22 Vtak y0. I had fun in my 2 cb's ive owned. they were great cars, part of the reason i came back into the honda realm, or should say accord realm, was the "love" of the accord lol.

That's exactly what I was thinking when I saw his post, I was like really RedRyder? :jae:

The one in my siggy has an h22a and tranny, wire tucked, deleted PS, no ac compressor, rear seats removed.
It drives like a champ, with 80,000 miles. But the chassis has like 350,000 haha.

CBs are one of the few cars i actually like in a coupe...92-93s that is. and they're also the best looking accords of all time.

oh and they need to be white.

Yeah, Im also a 9293 fan. Im also a fanciful mother****er and 9293 is when **** started getting nice and fanciful and plush; leather, 4-discs, f22a6, no auto-belts. **** was nice.

And they last longer. 90% of the CBs I see are in relatively good shape. CDs are always trashed and most CGs are still too new to be trashed. They really are a classic, timeless Honda. Kinda like the old CRX. Who doesnt love those? :lawl:

its just that damn rust in the rear quarter panels, its like cancer. other than that, that a6 motor had it going on. one of the best flowing sohc heads honda made, that i/m was top notch with the dual runners and iab's. i also wanna say the a6 header was factory 4-2-1 design iirc. not sure though. also had the factory oil cooler sandwich plate off that water line on the backside of the engine like the h22's.

i would have to say, the cb's are great starter cars for someone entering the honda realm, think redryder said that earlier.
