Gentlemen, gentlemen. Sorry for the delay, but it has become quite a juggling act as of late. Below is the most up to date tentative Roll Call list. I hope I did not exclude anyone. Very shortly, we will be launching our website which will have much of the information you have already seen, but most importantly, registration information. As stated in the very first post of this thread, we will ask for a monetary contribution to help pay for the permit. In addition to that, you will also receive several other things to be named when the site is ready for launch, but in the time I could at least fill you in.

Huge update in first post.
For anyone out of town who is considering coming in and needs a place to stay, I have listed a Hotel in the first post. We have already confirmed several individuals who have reserved their room here already.

* Preferred parking, which guarantees you a spot (right near the event spot)
* C.A.M T-shirt
* C.A.M Decal
* 2 Raffle Tickets
* Monetary Contribution Included
Option 2
* You will park in the general parking area in proximity to the event
* C.A.M. T-shirt
* C.A.M. Decal
* 1 Raffle Ticket
* Monetary Contribution Included
Prices will be listed soon.
We would prefer for it to be primarily Accords. We understand that we won't be able to stop other chassis from coming, but the reason why are not comfortable with that is because if the word gets out that it's okay for other chassis to come, then it begins to be posted on other forums. The problem this creates is that the meet location will not be be big enough to accommodate other chassis should it happen to be spread online and it's generally those vehicles that aren't Accords that tend to start problems, something we greatly want to avoid.
