Re: i goofed:(

It sucks to hear that, I'm not a regular on here but I browse every now and then. To read something like this reminds me of when I got into an accident aswell...
Luckily my accident was less severe than yours; if it was up to me the car would be a total loss. Frame damage and all the things you need to replace surely cost more than the value.
In my opinion look for a new ride, or perhaps another cg... :l

Sorry to hear what happened man. Lol I was in auto tech to when I was in high school and I must say, it made modding my CG a LOT easier. I would've never been able to lower my car if it werent for that class. Can't wait to see pics, sounds like your car has been through a major revival.

Bent frame is never good.

Personally, I think I would have walked away from such a project, the car is not going to drive the same after such extensive damage/repair.

You seem happy to undertake the project and at least you have some connections on getting the work done, so, if you plan to drive the car in to the ground, have at it, I guess.

In for pics of the damage though.

Hope no one was hurt in the accident.

BTW, was it that insurance wouldn't cover you because of other circumstances, or you were driving without insurance?

thanks, im sorry to hear about your accord.
im not necessarily looking for much help, i could just use a little input on things i should change since i'm rebuilding and if theres anything i missed, like something that should be checked or replaced that i might've missed

true, i'm going to look at it when i get it on a lift and look for any suspension or steering damage, luckily most or all of the damage is in front of the wheels. i just added the link to my photobucket with all the pics. and no one else was involved but me luckily, i think my insurance only has like a $500 deductible, so theres not really any coverage for the car, plus i didn't report it to my insurance, they wouldn't have covered anything since i made the bad decision of not calling the cops at the accident:/
