Dang.......that's too bad.

Are you able to part it out at all to at least supplement the funds you will receive?

Any thoughts towards what you might consider as the new ride?

I am taking off as much of the little stuff as I can. The adjuster said that she would try and get me back as much as she could for the modifications. I started a new thread for used cars under 5k thinking that I am only going to get about that for the Accord...

There are 6GA sedans that can be had for the price, just have to wonder about the condition/mileage.

You could always take a trip up here and find something.

I think Steverino is still selling a pretty mint CG Coupe that has been done up nicely! A bit above your price range, but if you were serious, I am sure you could work something out.

Once again proving that we unfortunately have to share the roads with complete ****ing idiots.

At least I got to see your car in person, in all it's civic-wing glory. :lawl:

It's unfortunate that the insurance co. decided to total loss the car but anyone that knows bodywork knows different.

True. There's no black and white with insurance companies and totaling vehicles. It just comes down to cost, and of course they're quick to total it. Even as bad as my wreck was, I could've pulled to get it fixed if we did it ourself (me and my dad), because my dad works at an autobody shop and other various connections my dad has. But it just would've been more trouble than it would've been worth. Sometimes it's just easier and better to get rid of a car.

Eric, good luck in your car search. Hope you find what you want. :D
