Bought new needle motors from the dealership. I didn't know you could buy individual parts for the instrument cluster.

So (Mikey) we can mark this one down as a $180 mistake now. :lawl:

But it was either brand new needle motors, for my sedan, genuine honda ones, brand new... or a used 13 year old coupe cluster for 160 shipped. Soooo I think It worked out pretty well. and i won't have to worry about these needles breaking any time soon. (hopefully)

I kept it simple with all red, I didn't even want to try to mess with white LEDs.

And thanks, I'm loving new paint. Except I'm super anal about keeping it clean, I have a microfiber towel and spray detailer in my trunk at all times :lawl:

Hmm...can you buy just the clear plastic dust cover (front of cluster)?

I threw together a video after messing around with Magic Lantern on my 50D. It's in my member's ride thread :coffee:

You know you need more equipment or a helping hand when the panning shot is just the car driving through the frame. :lawl: I laugh because I've thought of doing that a few times anyway. haha

Good job though, investing in some tools to keep the camera steady and working out the autofocus will take videos to the next level.
