You know you need more equipment or a helping hand when the panning shot is just the car driving through the frame. I laugh because I've thought of doing that a few times anyway. haha

Good job though, investing in some tools to keep the camera steady and working out the autofocus will take videos to the next level.

Yeah, I was going to pick up something from Radio Shack and there was a huge empty parking lot. I had nothing else to do, so I figured why not Just me, the camera, a tripod, and no prior knowledge.

A tripod designed for video would help me a ton, as would a lens with an easier to use focus ring. I don't think the 50D has any autofocus features when shooting video because it's not designed to do it.

Watching PlastiDip videos.

Looks relatively easy and reasonably cheap. I like the DEP so I'm looking into clear PlastiDip. Either as a protective coating for the whole car or maybe just as a clearbra.

Maybe even changing the color of one of my sets of wheels. I'm still a broke mofo so ill research til money comes back around.
