I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but Ryan is a one-man business and has never taken more than a few hours to ever message me back.
I'm also sorry that you do not have patience, and for some odd reason in your ~20 years of sales have not learned that sometimes it takes a few days for people to get back to you, and it does not represent you very well telling stories about how hot-headed and impatient you are when making a transaction.
Again though, I've never had problems with him replying to my messages...

No problems.
I don't recall telling any stories about being hot headed and I am only impatient with people who do not follow through with what they say.
Also, I would not want you as a sales rep if it takes a few days to get back to a client. That sounds like a government job.

I said **** it and went in on the black pearl from TWM.
Seem impatient and slightly hot-headed to me. :coffee:

Well the funny thing is that everyone else who wanted a shift knob, has already ordered. He has replied to my messages quickly, and also Matt emailed him at the start of this group buy, and I'm assuming it went well for him too because he never complained.
You seem to be the only person here having an issue.

So on that note, accompanied with the facts that you did not support this group buy, as well as you having already explained your story, I really do think you should be about done here with your negativity (which again, you're the only one with it) and should also take your own advice and...
Enjoy life...

Thanks! I wanted this to go down as successful because it's my first, and I'm pretty sure, it's my last group buy. :lawl:
