I think it is poly-u. Mine got the hell bent out out of it when it was clearbra'd a week or so ago, and it did not distort/crack. But a 10+ year old plastic part made in a mold gets brittle over time.

It's not polyurethane, 100% guaranteed. It's still very flexible, but after seeing a Bayson R Mugen lip and Wings West front, I can say the OEM ones aren't poly (I have two). Poly lips are practically indestructible. You could seriously fold a polyurethane lip into a knot and it wouldn't break.

^ I did that with my fathers lip. We also ran over one of Johnsons other lips on accident and nothing happened to it
