Yea he's under age, he buys illegally, big deal everyone does it that doesn't mean everyone is irresponsible I know adults who buy it legally who shouldn't.

Well, I don't have one, but neat trick to those who are suffering from mufflers that just wont align with one another. Go to your local hardware store, get some stainless steel hose clamps and put them over your rubber hangers. You can then tighten and adjust them to even out your mufflers, it also reduces sway if they like to wiggle a lot.
