Not today but yesterday.
Got the CompuStar (Alarm/Starter) RF-P2W901-SS installed...now to try and not damage/break the remote through my daily tasks.

Anyone wanting a full 1way alarm CM1000-A used for 2 years but still in perfect working condition use the PM box with an offer lolz

Did you follow his steps, exactly?

How did the process of resealing them go, did you do a 'water test'?

Yep, follow his steps exactly. Resealing was easy, took it out, put them back in place, put on oven for an extra 2-3 minutes and pretty much pressed them on for extra coverage.

Washed my car after and there was no fogging at all.

Np, before you put it in the oven the amber piece is clipped on the housing of the tailight so remove it by pinching and pushing it so you dont have to do it while it is hot.

Right, I have a set of 98-00 tails, that I was going to do the same thing with and remembered that.

IIRC, Tyler mentioned having to leave them in the oven a bit longer to get them to open up, did you have to as well?

I assume you let the oven get to the optimal temp before putting the lights in?

I set the oven for 215, waited until it fully heated up, toss one tail light in there for 7 minutes, took out amber piece and did the same with other.

Then I put one in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the seal a bit and just pressed them so it stays together and do the same for the other.
