I'm also gonna do this and also agree that 01-02 bumpers are better suited for the cf4 fogs. If and when I get around to do ill try to post some pics as well. Ponglynn can u post pics of the frame beam part that u shaved ?

You can only get them to sit so flush on the 01-02 sedan bumper, so it's really a matter of how precise you are with fitment.
