    I asked my wife to get a couple pics of our 94 Prelude and our 98 Accord. The Prelude we ran at Columbus 151 Speedway(Her), and Jefferson Speedway(Me). With yhat car we broke 2 track records and won 2 State Championships. Hopfully Ill have them pics tomarrow.

    The tweeking of the ECU is one of my questions. How or can I disable the CEL? Can I hot wire the VTEC to a toggle switch,and flip it when in race mode? Battery conections are good. Im checking the plug wires today.

    Yah it was on Craigslist. My wife and I have practiced at the Dell with a 94 Prelude. We raced at the Dells about 8 tears ago in a Pure Stock. I have a O2 sensor because until I get it to perform to my expectasions Im leaving the basics. John

    I dont think any wiring was alterd. What is the VSS and where on the trans is it? The a/c is removed as well as the center dash(radio, heater controlls etc.) All being unpluged John

    Forgot to mention can I hotwire the vtec to a switch, so its hot while racing? John P.S. Its a 5-speed. Does that matter?

    Thanks, I will change the oil. Is there a way to disable the check engine light? We use this for racing but it is a stock engine, its disposable or rebuildable. We just need to finish the race. John

    I got a 98 Accord with a 2.3 vtec. I race it in 150-200 lap enduro races. My problem is that after it gets up to operating temp it seems like it hits the rev limiter at 4000 rpm. I have changed the Dist. but it still does it. I thought it was a low oil pressure issue but I just had it idling...
