yea, there should be two locking collars that the spring sits on. those, obviously, will raise or lower the spring. but im pretty sure F2's have the adjustable shock body height too. which i would suggest is the way you should raise or lower the car. to do that, you just loosen that locking collar at the top of that shock body collar. because that way you will still get a good ride quality from the shock since the shock piston wont be compressed. and to adjust the shock body height, you also have to take the bolt out that holds the shock in. but thats it. its pretty easy.
