I spoke with Mike singer of singer alternators and a rep from mechman alternators and the conclusion I have came up with is going with a 320 amp alt running at 15v will have to be the answer. Its not the answer that I wanted, but it will have to do.

    2nd alternator bracket

Ok I stopped by a fab shop today and the fab shop owner said he could make a bracket, however, he said he would have to remove the air conditioning out of my car to use the location for the 2nd alternator. I dont know about you guys but in Indiana air conditioning is pretty handy to have in our...

    2nd alternator bracket

For the J30. I am going to keep my upgraded 12v for the stock electrical and run a 16v for the audio equip. I just need someone to fab up the bracket to support the new alt. Since the 2nd alt will not be stock, I can be more flexible with its style, like the GM single pin design, ect.

Looks great! I see you painted the lower part of your rear bumper black also. Your headlights look sick, how did you do them? Are they adjustable?

The rear bumper was the most difficult part of the build. I don't know why they can't make those to fit near perfect. I had almost an inch of extra material to try to fit. Also license plate lights...yeah hard to make those not seen LOL. I did find a set of motorcycle LED license plate...

I will say to anyone that adds a body kit to their car, add supports. The first one almost folded under high speeds. I had to support this one like crazy.

It actually looks real nice with the body kit. If I didn't have an incline to my garage i would lower it, but im already too close as it is to get up my drive way without scraping. I hope that when I put the larger wheels it will raise the car just enough to have a reason to get adjustable...

Junkyard quarter and a lot of welding...pain in the ... But its done right I didn't want to go to the full rice look, hopefully before I leave for afgan I will get the exhaust hung and my wheels on. I really want to get some 18" wheels with a decent lip and paint the lip white with black spoke.
