    It sounds like you didnt get the f20 ecu with the motor when you bought it? If your gonna use the p28 ecu you will defently have to chip it and I would agree with the other guys 91 will be plently if its tuned right thats the most important thing with any motor swap or upgrade is the tune...

    I havent ever seen that around town and I used to park there when I worked downtown, never seen it at any of the local meets, it does kinda look like one of the cali guys accords though can't remeber his name but it looks a lot like that.

    Have you looked at going with shorter springs from Tein? I have the basics and I had mine all the way down but it wasn't low enough so I called Tein and asked about there standard springs you can get the tapered or striaght ones they can tell you which you need, my springs were 10in...
