    i wouldnt recommend buying baysonr's OE style lip for a 00-02.... i dont think it will fit correctly no matter how much modding you do. BaysonR also told me they dont carry the type-r anymore...

    so we went ahead and screwed it onto the points on the wheel wells, just to see how screwed up it was....and as you can see, even without the ridiculously horrible cutting job i did, there's still a huge gap. I followed the how-to post, but obviously the template i printed was MUCH bigger...

    it was the "OE" from baysonr. I already passed it on to a friend of mine; he's gonna use bondo or something to fill in the gaps and put it on his car. Didnt take any pics; gotta save myself the embarrasment lol....if he gets it to work i will though

    lol ok totally realize now thats not where to cut.....but now im lost again?? i assume i need to cut off the corner parts where those little "tabs" stick up, so that the entire top of the lip is flat...im following the DIY how-to...

    ah, figured it out. Pulled my aftermarket stereo out; the dimmer control wire (which ive never connected because it never matches up and works) was rubbing up against the stereo metal frame thing. Taped it up, replaced the fuse, and voiila, all good.
