just got my OEM lip from baysonr today.....since its obviously different from the type r, is the how-to article the same for where to cut? im a little nervous about cutting into it before knowing for sure....

the right side of the pic is looking forward at the driver side of the car....it may be just me, but it doesnt seem like this is going to fit at all.... do i have it correctly set up, where the inside of the blue tape is where i cut?

lol ok totally realize now thats not where to cut.....but now im lost again??
i assume i need to cut off the corner parts where those little "tabs" stick up, so that the entire top of the lip is flat...im following the DIY how-to...

well.....epic fail on my part.
ended up cutting off a little too much and its dunzo. It would have looked GREAT though... guess im gonna end up waiting til someone (baysonr?) ends up making one for the 00-02 specifically...

Pics of it? btw, is this the OE style lip, or does it actually look like the OEM coupe lip for the 98-00 coupe? Better pics? I may still be interested in taking that off your hands.

it was the "OE" from baysonr. I already passed it on to a friend of mine; he's gonna use bondo or something to fill in the gaps and put it on his car. Didnt take any pics; gotta save myself the embarrasment lol....if he gets it to work i will though
