    Darton Sleeves

Your compression ratio drops with a larger bore and if anything, you'd want to destroke it and run a slightly smaller bore so that if you have to in the future, there's plenty of material left in the sleeves.

    Considering Swap Options H22/H23/F20

You're only looking at maybe a couple hundred bucks in parts to fix the small issues you have and a few hours of your time. VS $2k+ for a new drivetrain and the maintenance it's going to need anyways I could see if maybe your trans blew or the engine popped a headgasket. But if your...

    Lightened OEM Crank Pulley?

You won't gain anything from it. Most of the time these are used for racing purposes. There was ONE company that made a H22/F23 lightened crank pulley with a dampener. I can't remember the name of it though. If you want to remove some reciprocating mass, remove the balance shafts.

J30 revving high on first gear (AT)

Is it throwing any codes or just driving hard? It could be something as simple as a bad solenoid or as complex as needing a replacement or rebuild transmission. Also, don't ever use anything other than the Honda ATF.

Noob here, what the difference between accords with vtec vs. ulev valve covers

Heads, intake, etc are the same. The difference is in the emissions, different exhaust manifold, o2 sensor, and o2 sensor placement. I believe it has a wideband o2 factory.

It's the vtec gasket/solenoid. Change the oil, clean or replace the gasket, clear the code. You should be fine. 15825-P0A-015

    VTEC Upgrades?

VTEC is dependent on oil pressure. Depending on the engine, it's either two cams (intake & exhaust or DOHC) or on an SOHC (single cam) where it has a separate cam lobe (usually on intake only) and an oil pressure activated rocker arm that allows that lobe to be activated. 90% of the VTEC system...
